- 1Cauliflower (large)
- 3 tbspOlive oil
- 3 tbspTahini
- 1Lemon
- 80 gHazelnuts
- 1Pomegranate
- Salt, pepper, cumin
Preparation: 50 minutes

- 1Clean the cauliflower and rub with oil, salt, pepper, and a little cumin.
- 2Roast in the oven at 200°C for approximately 35-45 minutes, until tender and browned on the outside.
- 3For the sauce, whisk together the tahini, lemon juice, a splash of water, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- 4Dry-roast the hazelnuts in a pan and chop coarsely; deseed the pomegranate.
- 5Drizzle the cauliflower with the tahini sauce and serve garnished with hazelnuts and pomegranate seeds.

We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order. From an order value of €100 (or from 12 bottles), we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Are all wines organically certified?
Respectful treatment of nature in the Taubertal is very important to us. We cultivate our vineyards close to nature and avoid herbicides. We are currently in the official conversion process, which is why not all older vintages carry the organic seal yet, but we already work strictly according to ecological guidelines.

Do you also ship abroad (EU)?
Yes, we are also happy to ship the Tauberfranken-Genuss beyond German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g. Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15.90. Please note that the delivery time here is approx. 3–7 business days.
