General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the demo shop "Ketterberg"

1. Scope and Purpose

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to the use of the website ketterberg.de (hereinafter referred to as "Demo Shop").

1.2 The Demo Shop is operated by Vinolin UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bildungscampus 11, 74076 Heilbronn (hereinafter referred to as "Operator").

1.3 The Demo Shop serves exclusively for the demonstration of the functionality of the "Vinolin Suite". This is not a real commercial offer. "Weingut Ketterberg" is a fictitious company.

2. Simulation Character / No Purchase Agreement

2.1 All goods, prices, and availability presented in the Demo Shop are fictitious.

2.2 By going through the ordering process and clicking the "Order and pay" (or similar label) button, no legally binding purchase agreement for the delivery of wine or other goods is concluded.

2.3 There is no delivery of goods.

2.4 All payment processes are handled via the payment service provider Stripe in so-called "sandbox mode" (test mode). No real money flow takes place. Users are requested to use only test credit card data from Stripe and not to enter any real payment information.

4. Usage and Registration (Single Sign-On)

4.1 To use advanced features (e.g., order history in demo mode), a login via the central service account.vinolin.com can be performed.

4.2 The privacy policy of Vinolin UG for the central account service applies additionally here.

4.3 There is no entitlement to the availability of the Demo Shop. The operator can discontinue the service at any time without giving reasons or delete data (such as fictitious order histories).

5. Protection of Minors

Although no real goods are shipped, the Vinolin Suite offering is aimed at the wine industry. The use of the Demo Shop is not permitted for persons under 18 years of age.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Since the use of the Demo Shop is free of charge and serves purely informational purposes, the operator's liability for damages arising from the use of the simulation is limited to intent and gross negligence.

6.2 The operator assumes no liability for the accuracy of the (fictitious) product information presented or the uninterrupted technical availability of the platform.

7. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data within the framework of the Demo Shop can be found in the Privacy Policy of Vinolin. Since Vinolin acts as the controller for the Demo Shop ketterberg.de, data is processed in accordance with the standards described therein.

8. Final Provisions

8.1 The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

8.2 Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

8.3 The place of jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Heilbronn.
