Information on the right of withdrawal (Demo Shop)
Status: May 2026
1. No statutory right of withdrawal due to lack of contract conclusion
You are currently on the "Ketterberg" demo shop of Vinolin UG (haftungsbeschränkt). As set out in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), this website is used entirely to demonstrate the "Vinolin Suite" platform.
By completing the checkout process and submitting a simulated "order", no legally binding purchase contract is concluded. No real payments are made, and no goods are shipped.
Where no legally binding contract is concluded, there is also nothing to withdraw from. A statutory right of withdrawal for consumers in distance selling contracts (pursuant to § 312g BGB) therefore does not apply here. You do not need to observe any deadlines or make any cancellations, as your test order does not trigger any legal obligations anyway.
2. Note for winemakers (users of the Vinolin Suite)
In a genuine, live-operated winery shop powered by the Vinolin Suite, this section would contain the regular and legally required cancellation policy (including a model withdrawal form).
Responsibility: In live operation, the respective winemaker is responsible as the seller (Merchant of Record) for providing the correct cancellation policy.
Implementation: The Vinolin Suite provides corresponding fields in the dashboard (under shop settings) where the winemaker can insert their legally verified cancellation policy and GTC. These are then automatically linked at the appropriate places in the shop and during checkout.
