Crispy fried chicken pieces served with a classic potato and lamb's lettuce salad in a delicate oil and vinegar dressing.

- flour, eggs, breadcrumbs
- 800 gwaxy potatoes
- 120 glamb's lettuce (mache)
- 1onion
- vegetable broth, white wine vinegar, oil, mustard
- salt, pepper
Preparation: 55 minutes
Preparation
- 1Boil the potatoes, peel them, and slice them.
- 2Whisk together a dressing made of broth, vinegar, oil, mustard, and diced onion, then mix with the potatoes.
- 3Season the chicken pieces, then coat them first in flour, then in beaten egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- 4Deep-fry in hot oil until golden brown and drain on paper towels.
- 5Fold the lamb's lettuce into the potato salad just before serving and arrange alongside the fried chicken.

We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order. For orders of €100 or more (or from 12 bottles), we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Are all wines organic-certified?
Treating nature in the Taubertal with respect is very important to us. We cultivate our vineyards in a natural way and refrain from using herbicides. We are currently in the official transition process, which is why not all older vintages carry the organic seal yet, though we are already working strictly according to ecological guidelines.

To make your purchase as convenient as possible, we offer various secure payment options. You can pay flexibly via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, or classically by invoice (Klarna).
Do you also ship internationally (EU)?
Yes, we are also happy to ship Tauberfranken-Genuss beyond German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g., Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15.90. Please note that the delivery time for this is approximately 3–7 business days.
