- 4Limes (juice)
- 1Red onion
- 1Chili pepper
- Fresh cilantro
- Salt, pepper, olive oil
Preparation: 20 minutes
Preparation
- 1Cut the zander fillet into small cubes.
- 2Slice the onion and chili into fine rings. Roughly chop the cilantro.
- 3Mix the fish with the lime juice and let it marinate for approx. 10-15 minutes (until the flesh turns white).
- 4Fold in the onions, chili, and cilantro.
- 5Season to taste with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil, then serve immediately.

We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order. From an order value of €100 (or from 12 bottles), we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Are all wines organically certified?
Respectful treatment of nature in the Taubertal is very important to us. We cultivate our vineyards close to nature and avoid herbicides. We are currently in the official transition process, which is why not all older vintages carry the organic seal yet, but we already work strictly according to ecological guidelines.

To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, you can choose from various secure payment options. You can pay flexibly with PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, instant bank transfer, or quite classically by purchase on account (Klarna).
Do you also ship abroad (EU)?
Yes, we are also happy to ship the Tauberfranken enjoyment beyond the German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g. Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15.90. Please note that the delivery time here is approx. 3–7 working days.
