How high are the shipping costs?
We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order. For orders over €100 (or from 12 bottles), we provide free shipping within Germany.
Are all wines organic certified?
Respectful interaction with nature in the Taubertal is very important to us. We manage our vineyards close to nature and do not use herbicides. We are currently in the official conversion process, which is why not all older vintages carry the organic seal, but we are already working strictly according to organic guidelines.
Which payment methods are offered?
To make your shopping as convenient as possible, we offer various secure payment options. You can pay flexibly via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, or the classic way via purchase on account (Klarna).
Do you also ship abroad (EU)?
Yes, we are also happy to send Tauberfranken-Genuss beyond German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g., Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15.90. Please note that the delivery time for this is approx. 3–7 working days.
