Wiener Schnitzel
Tender veal in a golden-yellow breading, served with classic potato salad and lingonberries. A Riesling with its crisp acidity is the ideal companion.

- 4veal cutlets (150g each)
- flour, eggs, breadcrumbs
- clarified butter for frying
- 800 gwaxy potatoes
- 1onion
- vinegar, oil, beef broth
- lingonberries
Preparation: 45 minutes
Preparation
- 1Boil the potatoes, peel them, and slice while still warm. Mix with broth, vinegar, oil, and diced onions.
- 2Pound the schnitzel flat, then season with salt and pepper.
- 3Dredge first in flour, then coat in beaten egg, and finally bread with breadcrumbs (do not press the breadcrumbs down).
- 4Fry in plenty of hot clarified butter until golden brown, swirling the pan constantly to ensure the breading puffs up.
- 5Serve with a slice of lemon, potato salad, and lingonberries.

We ship our wines securely packaged via parcel service. Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €6.90 per order. For orders of €100 or more (or from 12 bottles), we deliver free of charge within Germany.
Are all wines organic-certified?
Treating nature in the Taubertal with respect is very important to us. We cultivate our vineyards in a natural way and refrain from using herbicides. We are currently in the official transition process, which is why not all older vintages carry the organic seal yet, though we are already working strictly according to ecological guidelines.

To make your purchase as convenient as possible, we offer various secure payment options. You can pay flexibly via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Sofortüberweisung, or classically by invoice (Klarna).
Do you also ship internationally (EU)?
Yes, we are also happy to ship Tauberfranken-Genuss beyond German borders! For deliveries to other EU countries (e.g., Austria, France, Netherlands), we charge a flat shipping rate of €15.90. Please note that the delivery time for this is approximately 3–7 business days.
